Louminarty is my personal art practice — a space to reflect, play and heal through making. It grew from Louminous, my art and wellbeing business where I support others to explore their creativity through workshops and 1:1 sessions.
While Louminous is about helping others, Louminarty is just for me. It’s where I experiment, layer, sculpt, paint and process life through art. I’ve made art all my life, as an escapism, to make sense of the world. I’m drawn to both 2D and 3D materials — from wire and plaster to collage, printmaking, photography, and spray paint.
My work often explores identity, memory, and emotion through a psychodynamic lens, influenced by my journey into art psychotherapy and experiencing childhood in the 80s and 90s.
