Workshops for:
Wellbeing, education or just pure fun!

Art Workshops with Louminous

During and after Covid, I worked as an art teacher delivering creative lessons in a wide variety of non-traditional spaces, from libraries and outdoor locations to virtual classrooms , often working from a single art trolley.

This experience taught me how to be highly adaptable, creative, and resourceful, making every session safe, engaging, and accessible while offering a wide range of materials, techniques and experiences.

Today, I bring that same flexible, person-centred approach into my workshops, which can be tailored to a wide variety of needs, abilities, and settings. Whether for wellbeing, education, or simply for fun.

Everyone can benefit from making art.

The Value of Art Making and Mentoring

Art is more than just a creative activity.

It’s a powerful tool for wellbeing, self-expression, and personal growth. Engaging in art-making can:

Reduce stress and anxiety

•Boost confidence and self-esteem

•Support emotional regulation

•Encourage problem-solving and flexible thinking

•Build a sense of achievement and purpose

•Create social connection and belonging

As an art psychotherapist in training, I offer trauma-informed, supportive environments where every participant can feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore creatively
